We're always here to help so if you are having an issue with a delivery please reach out to our customer service team.

The DPD app can help in the meantime with tracking your order right up to your door, updating delivery instructions and even leaving a photo of your safe place for your driver so you can rest assured your box will be safe for when you return home.
